What are you sending, and what is wrong?

I agree to the repair authorization & risk acknowledgment. This payment covers shipping only, not repair work.

Both trips, taken care of

1. Buy and print both labelsChoose your services and pay securely with Stripe. No repair quote is needed first.
2. Pack and shipPut the inbound label on the outside and the unused return label inside the box.
3. Get your repair quoteOnce your hardware arrives, we inspect it and discuss the work and price before proceeding.

Keep your collection safe

Wrap each item separately and cushion every side. Send hardware only—no loose lithium batteries. Added shipping insurance is not included. Keep your label page open in this browser until you have saved both labels.
