Trade partner program — wholesale cartridge restoration
Partner with Darth Megaman
Restoration and repair for game shops — look and play like new. Deep cleaning, sticker and label removal, battery replacement, diagnostics, and console repair at wholesale rates, so you can buy rougher inventory with confidence and resell restoration to your own customers.
The difference
Every cartridge is handled with gloves and an anti-static grounding strap and pad — protecting delicate boards and save data from moisture and static (ESD) damage. Careful handling most bulk resellers skip.
Free pickup & drop-off for local shops
If your shop is within 10 miles of Brook Park, Ohio, I come to you — pick up the batch, bring it back cleaned and repaired, no charge either way. That covers most of Cleveland's southwest side: Parma, Strongsville, North Olmsted, Westlake, Lakewood, Berea, Middleburg Heights, North Royalton, and the neighborhoods in between.
Outside the circle? Mail-in is the same wholesale pricing plus shipping, with tracking both ways.

Wholesale rates below your shop cost
Partner pricing is set so you can mark it up and resell restoration as a service in your own shop, at your own price.
Recondition trade-ins before resale
A cleaned, working cart with a fresh battery sells faster and higher than the grimy one that came across the counter. Turn margin on the bench work instead of discounting.
Buy rough, sell clean
Take on grimy lots, sticker-covered shelves, and dead-battery collections with confidence, knowing the cleanup cost per game is a known number.
Fast turnaround and honest pricing
Batches move quickly, scope is confirmed before work starts, and you hear about anything unusual before it becomes a surprise on the invoice.

Partner questions
Who is the trade partner program for?
Game shops, retro resellers, and anyone moving cartridges in volume. If you buy collections, take trade-ins, or field repair questions you'd rather not handle at the counter, the program is built for you.
What does wholesale cartridge cleaning cost?
Five dollars per game for a thorough clean and inspection — contacts, board, and shell. Games valued at $100 or more on PriceCharting are 10% of value, because high-value carts get slower, more careful handling.
Is there a minimum order?
No set minimum. Most shops send batches because it's simpler to schedule, but a handful of carts is fine. Volume and recurring-partner rates are available once we know your usual batch size — just ask.
How are my customers' games protected?
Every cartridge is handled with gloves and an anti-static grounding strap and pad. That protects the delicate boards and, just as importantly, the save data from moisture and static (ESD) damage — careful handling most bulk resellers skip.
Can you work on consoles too?
Yes. Retro and modern consoles are quoted per unit with a $35 diagnosis fee, credited toward an approved repair. It covers the teardown and testing needed to tell you what's actually wrong. NES 72-pin connector replacement is a flat $35.
Do you offer mail-in for shops outside the area?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is the same whether you drop off locally or mail in — you just cover shipping. Batches ship with tracking both ways.
Is pickup and drop-off really free?
For partner shops within 10 miles of Brook Park, Ohio, yes — I come to you and bring the finished batch back, no charge. That covers most of Cleveland's southwest side: Parma, Strongsville, North Olmsted, Westlake, Lakewood, Berea, Middleburg Heights, North Royalton, and the surrounding neighborhoods. Outside the circle, mail-in is the same wholesale pricing plus shipping.
How long does a batch take?
Turnaround depends on batch size and what's wrong, and you get a realistic estimate with the quote before anything is opened. Cleaning batches move fastest; board-level repairs take longer.
What happens if a game can't be saved?
You hear about it before extra time goes into it. Older cartridges carry real risk from corrosion, prior repairs, and brittle plastic — all work runs under the repair authorization and risk acknowledgment terms.
How does the 10% customer referral work?
Point a customer at darthmegaman.com and mention your shop. Their first order is 10% off, and you keep the relationship without having to do the bench work.
What the bench work involves: cartridge cleaning, sticker & label removal, battery replacement, and console repair. Shipping a batch? See how mail-in works. All work runs under the repair authorization & risk acknowledgment.
